REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

VitharBoost Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy regulates the cancellation and refund conditions for products and services purchased through VitharBoost, operated by Yusuf Kacar Sole Proprietorship. It has been prepared in accordance with the Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.


1. Right of Withdrawal and Cancellation

  • For physical products, the buyer has the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of delivery without providing any reason.
  • The withdrawal notice must be submitted in writing to [email protected].
  • To exercise the right of withdrawal, the product must be unused, undamaged, and in resalable condition.
  • If the right of withdrawal is exercised properly, the product price will be refunded within 14 days.

2. Digital Products and Services

  • For digital content, game accounts, in-game currency, software licenses, and services that are instantly performed electronically, the right of withdrawal expires once delivery has been completed and performance has begun.
  • The buyer acknowledges and accepts that the right of withdrawal is lost upon delivery of digital products.
  • If a technical issue occurs with a digital product, the buyer must contact customer support.
  • Suspension, banning, restriction, or account termination actions imposed by third-party game publishers do not constitute valid grounds for a refund.

3. Digital Delivery and Responsibility

  • Digital products are delivered electronically, and the time of delivery is determined based on system records.
  • After delivery of account credentials, it is the buyer’s responsibility to change all security and login information.
  • The Company shall not be liable for unauthorized access, loss, or security breaches occurring after delivery due to third-party actions.

4. Refund Procedure

  • Refund requests are reviewed for compliance with applicable legislation and this policy.
  • If approved, the refund will be made to the original payment method within 14 days.
  • For physical product returns, shipping costs are borne by the buyer except in cases of defective products.

5. Exceptions

  • Customized or personalized products and services are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
  • Instantly delivered digital content is non-refundable.
  • Damages caused by the consumer’s fault are not eligible for refund.

6. Payment Disputes and Abuse

  • In cases of unjustified chargebacks or bad-faith refund claims, the Company reserves the right to initiate legal proceedings.
  • Refund processing may be suspended in transactions suspected of fraud.

7. Complaints and Applications

  • All complaints and refund requests may be submitted through the contact channels stated above.
  • Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts are authorized in case of disputes.
