Distance Sales Agreement

This Distance Sales Agreement has been concluded between the Seller and the Buyer regarding the sale of products and/or services conducted electronically via the internet.

3. Subject of the Agreement

This Agreement determines the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts regarding the sale and delivery of products or services ordered electronically.

5. Delivery and Performance

• Digital products are delivered electronically after payment confirmation.
• The time of digital delivery is determined based on system records.
• Physical products are delivered within the legal maximum period of 30 days.
• Additional shipping costs due to absence of the buyer are borne by the buyer.

6. Right of Withdrawal

• The buyer has the right of withdrawal within 14 days for physical products.
• Withdrawal requests must be submitted to [email protected].
• For digital content, game accounts, in-game currency, and instantly performed electronic services, the right of withdrawal expires once delivery has been completed and performance has begun.

7. Special Provisions for Digital Products

• Game accounts and digital content operate on third-party platforms.
• The Seller is not responsible for suspension, banning, or account termination by third-party providers.
• After delivery, it is the buyer’s responsibility to update all account security credentials.

8. General Provisions

• The buyer declares that the information provided during checkout is accurate.
• The seller undertakes to deliver the product in compliance with applicable legislation.
• The seller shall not be liable for force majeure events.
• In cases of unjustified chargebacks, the seller reserves the right to initiate legal action.

9. Complaints and Disputes

• All complaints may be submitted via the contact channels above.
• Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts are authorized within legal limits.

10. Entry into Force

This Agreement enters into force electronically upon approval by the Buyer.
